If you’re wondering how to get to Toberua Island Resort, there are multiple arrival points with easy access to the island. Toberua Island is situated in the Lomaiviti Group to the east of Viti Levu, the largest of the Fiji Islands.

How to get to Toberua Island Resort

Once you reach Suva Airport, a 10-minute vehicle transfer to Nakelo Landing plus a 30-minute scenic boat ride along the Navaloa River to the Bau Waters will have you arriving at your island home. Your transfers are organised by our team, and will meet any flight to or from Suva airport. Provide us with your arrival time in to Suva airport and we will take care of the rest. 

Getting to Toberua Island Resort from Nadi

We recommend you include the short half-hour flight from Nadi to Suva airport within your international ticket if flying with Fiji’s national airline, Fiji Airways, which flies regularly to Nadi Airport from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Honolulu, Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Adelaide, Auckland, Christchurch, Vancouver and Hong Kong. There are up to seven flights daily from Nadi to Suva. You can also opt to drive from Nadi to Suva Airport by yourself, or ask us to arrange a taxi. This takes four and a half hours.

 

Toberua operates short 45-minute transfers from Suva Airport. The resort arranges this to suit your arrival and departure schedules. These transfers operate 24 hours a day and meet any flight in to or out of Suva airport, arriving or departing.
